The Venue Coordinator position at Cabot-Managed Properties plays a crucial role in the seamless delivery of events during the peak season at our golf club venues. This full-time role based primarily at Cascata Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada, with responsibilities extending to Serket Golf Club in Henderson, Nevada, requires a hands-on professional dedicated to supporting guests, vendors, and internal teams. The Venue Coordinator is the essential on-site liaison who ensures that every event—from weddings to corporate functions and social gatherings—is executed flawlessly. This includes coordinating event setup, managing logistics, overseeing breakdown, and addressing client needs efficiently.
