Valet/Wash & Detailer (Gold Shift) - $19 to $21 per HOUR

The role available is for an RV Valet/ Wash & Detailer, a critical position responsible for ensuring the safe movement of RVs within the service area, as well as delivering comprehensive interior and exterior vehicle cleaning and detailing. Offering an hourly wage range of $19 to $21 depending on experience, the position operates on a Gold shift schedule involving 12-hour shifts over a four-day-on, three-day-off rotation including weekends, which suits individuals who prefer a structured and consistent workweek with ample breaks. The role demands high attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent time-management skills to efficiently prioritize and complete tasks. The RV Valet/ Wash & Detailer works closely with the sales and service departments to provide superior customer service, supporting dealership goals by keeping coaches in show-ready condition and conducting quality control inspections. This full-time position is based at the dealership service shop and requires the employee to endure varied working conditions such as extended standing, walking, occasional heavy lifting, and exposure to outdoor elements and potential chemical fumes. The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and have previous experience in a similar role, ensuring the ability to handle vehicles safely and to maintain the high standards expected by the company and its customers. Additionally, applicants must successfully pass pre-employment testing including a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.
