The valet role includes parking, retrieving, and managing vehicles while adhering strictly to traffic laws, facility guidelines, and pedestrian safety protocols. Further responsibilities include effective communication with guests on valet procedures, handling inquiries promptly and courteously, and managing parking logistics such as illegal parking monitoring and traffic flow prediction. Valets are also responsible for the secure collection of guest keys, processing valet payments, managing tip pools accurately, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment. This physically active position involves working outdoors in varied weather conditions for extended periods. ABM seeks candidates who are at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
