This position is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, offering hourly pay ranging from $7.25 to $18.81 plus daily cash tips which vary by market and are dependent on service performance and guest interactions. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, the Guest Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting valet operations by managing vehicle flow, enhancing guest satisfaction, and assisting with staff management to promote a positive, efficient, and safe working environment. Strong communication skills are essential as you will lead daily pre-shift meetings to communicate important updates and encourage collaboration among team members. Additionally, you will oversee payroll-related activities including tip handling, shift cuts, and reporting to guarantee accuracy and timely submissions. Safety and risk management are priorities in this role. You will supervise valet operations to ensure safe key handling and vehicle management, promptly submit incident reports, and maintain an environment that protects both guests and associates. This position requires someone who can adapt to dynamic work environments, handle unexpected situations with poise, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and guest service excellence. Working onsite for 40+ hours per week, you will be the linchpin that connects all facets of the valet service operation, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and sustaining PMC's reputation as a premier hospitality partner. PMC offers competitive benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) plans, supplemental insurance options such as life and critical illness insurance, bonus opportunities, ongoing leadership development programs, and tuition assistance up to $5,250 per year through Bellevue University. Employees also enjoy paid time off, paid training, nationwide growth opportunities, and access to discounts through Perks at Work. PMC values pay transparency and equity, and complies with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws, including fair labor standards and equal employment opportunity regulations. If you are passionate about hospitality and possess the leadership skills to manage and inspire a valet team while delivering exceptional guest service, PMC welcomes you to apply for the Guest Service Coordinator position.
