The manager acts as a liaison between the valet team and hotel leadership to maintain seamless communication and alignment on guest satisfaction and operational goals. Further, this role involves financial oversight including budget planning, revenue optimization, expense management, and detailed reporting. The Valet Manager will spearhead safety initiatives, enforce compliance, and handle incident claims promptly and effectively. • High school or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Effective communication and strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods or for an entire work shift
• Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or a service ramp
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisors
