As a bartender working under SSP America at Spokane International Airport, you will be the face of our beverage services, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The role involves greeting guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner, ensuring each patron has an excellent experience from the moment they arrive at the bar. Bartenders will expertly mix, garnish, and present drinks using established recipes and practicing precise portion control to maintain product consistency and quality. Responsibilities extend to handling point of sale transactions efficiently, including inputting orders into the register, creating checks for each guest, and managing cash transactions with accuracy to ensure financial integrity. Bartenders are also tasked with maintaining the proper setup of the bar at all times, including stocking all necessary ingredients and supplies, preparing garnishes, and storing fresh fruit, vegetables, juices, and other perishables daily.
