This position requires a hands-on approach to managing the quality of beverages served, including coordinating the draught beer list and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as all applicable alcohol serving laws. Additionally, maintaining a clean, well-organized, and inviting atmosphere is essential to encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth recommendations. Collaborating closely with the brewery production team, marketing departments, and other internal stakeholders ensures unified efforts toward the taproom’s operating goals.
