The Valet provides professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services that contribute to an excellent customer experience. This role requires the operation of both standard and automatic transmission vehicles in a safe and efficient manner while adhering strictly to traffic laws, facility policies, and pedestrian regulations. The Valet is responsible for managing vehicle parking and retrieval, coordinating traffic flow, and ensuring the security of guest vehicles and keys. Additionally, the service includes assisting guests with loading and unloading their vehicles and communicating clearly with guests to provide information and directions effectively.
