Currently, the Valet department at Yellowstone Club is seeking dedicated Valet Attendants to join their team for the winter season, which typically runs from Thanksgiving weekend through the third weekend of April. Valet Attendants play a vital role in delivering the club's hallmark guest service by ensuring safe and efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles, warmly greeting Members and guests, and assisting with various guest needs. The position offers an attractive hourly wage of up to $25, reflecting the importance of providing superior service in a luxury private club setting. The Valet Attendant role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the high standards expected at Yellowstone Club. Attendants must be adept at managing vehicle operations safely and efficiently, as well as assisting Members with transporting ski equipment and personal belongings. Employees also support additional shuttle services, vehicle cleaning, and errands within the local area, enhancing the overall guest experience. This position not only demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform a range of movement activities, but also requires excellent interpersonal skills to engage positively with the Members and guests. • HS diploma or GED
• must be 20 years of age or older
• minimum 1 year experience in customer service or valet attendant in luxury club or private resort setting
• proficient in proper and safe driving of vehicles
• must carry current and valid U.S. or International Driver License
• driving record that meets Yellowstone Club insurance requirements
• able to sit for extended periods of time and use vision, hearing, and hands/arms to drive vehicles
• occasionally required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• successful completion of snow driving training provided by Yellowstone Club
• must pass pre-employment background check, paid for by employer, which is carried out equally among U.S. workers and H-2B workers
