The role of the Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is integral to the company’s mission of outstanding hospitality service. - Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of employment or within commutable distance
- One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in small groups
- Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to understand 24 hour time systems and related rates
- Ability to operate manual transmission and perform parallel parking
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather
