Valet Associates serve as the first and last point of contact for guests, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to superior hospitality. This position is hourly, with a pay rate of $22.50, and requires flexibility in scheduling to meet the varied needs of hotel operations. Applicants for this role will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of customer service. The role demands a personable, positive attitude and an ability to work effectively outdoors under varying weather conditions. Successful candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience and possess exceptional communication skills. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, fast-paced work environments and are passionate about delivering a memorable valet experience. In addition to vehicle handling, Valet/Guest Service Associates will engage guests with a warm greeting within 30 seconds, answer questions, provide accurate information, and assist with directions around the hotel and local area. The role includes maintaining a professional appearance according to AAA Parking uniform standards and consistently ensuring a safe environment by securing all keys immediately. Associates are expected to embody the principles of aggressive hospitality by being fast, friendly, fun, and professional at all times.
