We are currently seeking enthusiastic Valet/Guest Service Associates to join our team, offering a role that is both engaging and essential to the guest experience. This position is hourly paid at $22.50 and requires individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service. Valet/Guest Service Associates will be responsible for providing aggressive hospitality, a hospitality approach focused on being proactive, approachable, and energetic to meet and exceed guest expectations. Key responsibilities include greeting guests promptly within 30 seconds of their arrival or departure, assisting with parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, and providing guests with helpful information and directions as needed. The role demands a willingness to work flexible schedules to accommodate the hotel’s operational needs, including varying shifts that may cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This role is ideal for those with at least one year of customer service experience who thrive in outdoor environments and enjoy interacting with people. Excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure are highly valued. The position also emphasizes adhering to AAA Basics and uniform appearance standards, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all valet services. Candidates should be prepared to engage actively with guests and team members, contributing to a memorable and unique valet experience. Responsibilities also include safeguarding guest keys immediately upon receipt, adhering to safety and operational procedures, and managing vehicle presentation with care and precision to reflect the high standards expected by The Line Hotel. 
Given the outdoor nature of this job, associates will frequently be exposed to varying weather conditions and car exhaust fumes. This requires a degree of physical stamina and a positive attitude.
