This role is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, which means the employee is eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek. The position reports directly to the Guest Service Coordinator and involves working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. As a Valet Parking Attendant, the primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of guest vehicles. Acting as the crucial first and last point of contact for guests, the valet attendant plays an integral role in shaping a positive and memorable guest experience. This role requires attentiveness to safety protocols, compliance with company guidelines, and the ability to effectively manage vehicle flow and guest interactions.
