The Front Crew members are responsible for managing customer orders, whether by phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru, as well as performing basic food prep tasks like making salads and packaging orders. This role is designed for quick learning, with most team members becoming proficient within a week. The Front Leader takes on additional responsibilities by training new front crew members, handling common customer disputes effectively, and managing closing procedures when a manager is absent. This position requires strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude. On the kitchen side, the Kitchen Crew members start with foundational roles such as dough slapper or oven catcher, focusing on mastering their assigned tasks and quickly learning the menu. The Kitchen Leader acts as a shift leader, overseeing successful execution of all orders, maintaining kitchen stations, and stepping in for the Kitchen Manager if needed. This role involves leadership, patience, and the ability to mentor others. Delivery Drivers are considered the best in the industry, known for their courtesy, friendliness, and community engagement. They ensure timely delivery of orders while also assisting with various in-store tasks like changing trash bags, sweeping, washing dishes, and catching the oven when not on the road. • Previous experience in restaurant or customer service preferred
