Currently, Towne Park is seeking dedicated individuals to join its team as Guest Service Associates. This role is part-time with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 1 pm, offering an hourly rate of $13 plus tips averaging $40 to $50 per shift. The position is ideal for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality and who are looking to engage daily with diverse guests in a dynamic work environment. The Guest Service Associate role is instrumental in representing Towne Park’s brand values through direct interaction with guests. This position involves welcoming guests warmly, providing detailed and courteous assistance with luggage and vehicle parking, ensuring safety during vehicle retrieval and parking, and responding to various guest inquiries related to on-site amenities or local attractions. The role demands an individual who can balance operational responsibilities with empathetic guest service, creating a seamless and pleasant experience. Additionally, this position requires physical stamina as the working environment is largely outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions. Associate duties involve lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and the ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift efficiently. • High school diploma or GED
• valid driver’s license for the state or within commutable distance
• one month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• ability to read and write English
• ability to comprehend and write simple correspondence
• ability to present information effectively in small group situations
• ability to operate manual transmission vehicles highly desirable
• ability to perform parallel parking
• ability to exert physical effort including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
• ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• availability to work part-time Monday to Friday 7am-1pm
