The role of a Valet at Mayflower Inn & Spa is an essential position that serves as the first and last point of contact for guests, making a significant impact on their overall experience. As a Valet, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each guest’s arrival and departure is smooth, sophisticated, and memorable. Your responsibilities will encompass parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles with utmost care and efficiency, ensuring the safety and security of both the vehicles and any personal items left inside. The ability to provide attentive, courteous customer service is essential, helping guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This includes assisting with their belongings, offering helpful information, and maintaining a poised and friendly demeanor. Additionally, managing the flow of incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station is crucial to guarantee an orderly and efficient operation within the designated area. • Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
• must be at least 18 years of age
• ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays according to department needs
• minimum of one-year experience as a valet or bellman preferably in a luxury hotel environment
