The Utility Kitchen Worker role at Stonegate is a pivotal part-time position with an hourly rate of $17.00. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen and dining areas of the residence. Scheduled for 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. every other weekend, this role offers a meaningful contribution to the overall experience of the residents by ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. Responsibilities include washing dishes and pots, sweeping and mopping floors, as well as the responsible removal of garbage and cardboard. The Utility Kitchen Worker is expected to operate commercial kitchen equipment including dishwashers, power washers, eye wash stations, garbage compactors, and garbage disposals effectively and safely. Familiarity with these tools is essential to perform duties efficiently. Stonegate also values computer literacy among its staff, aiming to integrate operational procedures that may involve basic computer interaction. This role requires physical capability, including the ability to lift between 50 to 75 pounds, underscoring the physical demands and active nature of the job.
