The Utility Team Member position at Torchy's is an essential role that supports the smooth operation of the restaurant by ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment for both guests and staff. As a key player in maintaining the restaurant's high standards, the Utility Team Member performs critical tasks that include bussing tables, dishwashing, and supporting other back-of-house duties as needed. This role requires a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and guest service, ensuring all areas—from the dining room to the kitchen and restrooms—are maintained to a 'Damn Good' standard. In addition to physical cleaning duties, team members in this position contribute to the overall guest experience by keeping the restaurant areas neat, restocking supplies, and assisting with customer needs when necessary. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.81 plus additional income through tip sharing.
