This role is key to driving revenue growth and achieving market share goals through proactive sales initiatives and client relationship management. The Group Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities while maintaining strong connections with existing clients to ensure repeat engagements and referrals. The position requires crafting compelling proposals and contracts that balance client satisfaction with profitability, responding effectively to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and coordinating closely with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery for group events.
