We are seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook with a passion for Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate will work closely with our kitchen team to prepare fresh pasta dishes, ensure consistency and quality, and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Experience with Italian food preparation and familiarity with high-volume kitchen operations is highly preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook pasta dishes and other menu items according to restaurant standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served according to recipes and safety guidelines
  • Keep a clean and organized station at all times
  • Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Assist with prep work, inventory, and daily cleaning tasks
     

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine preferred)
Strong attention to detail and passion for quality ingredients
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
Food Handler’s Certificate (preferred)
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
 

Languages:

Fluency in English required.

Knowledge of Italian or Spanish is highly preferred.
