This role is a Flight Coordinator position within Cisco's Finance organization, expected to operate on a hybrid work model with two days of in-office attendance weekly for select locations. The Flight Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant management of the company's corporate aircraft program. This individual will partner closely with Cisco's Executive Admins, C-suite executives, and the corporate aircraft operations supplier to provide strategic oversight, coordination, and execution of travel arrangements. The Flight Coordinator will manage all aspects of private flight operations, including scheduling, vendor management, compliance with FAA regulations (Part 91 and 135), and ensuring the highest safety and service standards. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work under pressure while maintaining communication with multiple stakeholders. The candidate will also lead procurement activities for air, hotel, and travel management company services, including conducting RFPs, contract renewals, and bid evaluations. - FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate required or in progress
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in flight coordination dispatch or aviation operations
- Proven understanding of FAA Part 91/135 regulations and aviation safety protocols
- Experience working with or managing third-party charter vendors
- Proficiency in aviation scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Power BI preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with after-hours availability
- Willingness to provide after-hours and international travel support
- Ability to coordinate among multiple stakeholders and manage contingency plans
