The Maintenance position at Dave & Buster's plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the facility. The maintenance team is responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining both the interior and exterior areas of the building, ensuring that the environment is inviting, safe, and well-maintained. In this role, maintenance staff members will engage in a variety of tasks such as operating equipment safely and correctly, using chemicals properly to control costs and maintain safety, and ensuring all kitchen, dining, and restroom areas are clean and well-stocked. They are also responsible for maintaining floors, walls, drains, windows, lamps, mirrors, light fixtures, and HVAC vents, among other duties. The position may require working during days, nights, or weekends and involves physical activities such as lifting, bending, mopping, and standing for extended periods.
