This position involves directing, motivating, and guiding a team of cleaners during the overnight shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with competitive pay at $15.50 per hour. The Lead Cleaner will play a critical role in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety across assigned properties while maintaining efficient team operations. As a Lead Cleaner, you will act as the team’s primary communicator, relaying information between cleaners, clients, customers, and management. You will be responsible for reporting performance issues to supervisors and assisting in training new and existing team members. Key leadership duties include coordinating work assignments, overseeing cleaning operations to ensure quality and completion, and managing the security of keys and access cards to the property. The role also involves operational responsibilities such as making daily and weekly work schedules, managing supply inventories, equipment usage, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. Additionally, the Lead Cleaner is expected to work collaboratively with the Property Manager and cleaning crew to schedule jobs effectively and report maintenance needs promptly. Quality assurance and client satisfaction are paramount, as the Lead Cleaner confirms job completion with management and helps uphold the company’s reputation for excellence. The position requires at least six months of relevant experience in a similar role and applicants must be 18 years or older.
