It involves following company safety and sanitation policies thoroughly, supporting team members with various tasks such as maintaining table appearance and running food or drinks, and being well-informed about the food and beverage menus, including current promotions and specials. Employees will be responsible for accurately entering guest orders through the POS system, delivering orders promptly, processing payments efficiently, and ensuring all transactions are handled with care and accuracy. Additional responsibilities include performing opening and closing duties, handling shift changes, verifying and packing ToGo orders, and greeting guests at the curbside pickup. Ideal candidates for this role will have strong communication skills in English, physical stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift, and the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. The role requires flexibility in working hours and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compliance with Florida safety regulations and passing the Responsible Vendor and food safety certification programs are mandatory.
