Regular upkeep includes maintaining garbage areas, cleaning bathrooms, windows, elevators, and managing seasonal tasks such as snow removal during winter months. Additional responsibilities include receiving deliveries, handling physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes or furniture, and assisting families moving in or out of the facility. In some cases, the Porter may also be required to maintain kitchen cleanliness and handle food in compliance with city and state health regulations.
