The Uniform Room Attendant position at Cintas is a full-time, first shift role primarily based at the customer's premises. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction to larger clients by managing and distributing uniforms efficiently. The Uniform Room Attendant's daily responsibilities include responding promptly to customer inquiries, maintaining inventory, repairing minor uniform issues, and organizing garment distribution areas. It requires an independent professional capable of making informed decisions to maintain high standards of product quality and customer service while adhering to Cintas' and the customer's safety protocols.
Ideal candidates bring at least one year of customer service experience combined with clerical skills and basic computer knowledge.
