The General Manager role at Bob Evans is a dynamic and fast-paced leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This role involves direct management of restaurant staff and the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems to drive overall success and profitability. A core responsibility of the General Manager is building and leading a motivated team through effective recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management. The role requires a hands-on approach with an emphasis on employee engagement and development, ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
