The company is currently seeking a dedicated Uniform Room Attendant to work on a customer’s premises, specifically catering to larger clients who require meticulous management of their uniform programs. This is a full-time, regular, first shift position falling under the Production job category with the Design Collective organization. The hourly compensation is competitively estimated to range from $16.50 to $20.90, depending on factors such as skill level, experience, and training. This role is integral to ensuring exceptional customer service through the effective distribution and management of uniforms to customer employees. The Uniform Room Attendant is responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries in person, efficiently maintaining and stocking inventory, conducting minor uniform repairs, facilitating product delivery to various locations within the customer's facilities, ordering and labeling new garments, and organizing the room for smooth and orderly garment handouts. The Attendant is also tasked with maintaining accurate records of daily transactions, which is vital to the seamless operation and tracking of uniforms and supplies. The role requires an individual capable of working independently and making important decisions regarding product quality and customer service levels, always adhering to both Cintas’ and the customer’s safety policies and procedures. Being a team player with a foundational knowledge of computer operations is also essential for successful performance in this role.
