The Receptionist will play a crucial role as the first point of contact in our front office. This individual will greet visitors and clients warmly, facilitating a positive and professional atmosphere. The receptionist is responsible for managing phone communications attentively, processing outgoing mail, and maintaining the organization and functionality of all business equipment in the front office. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse individuals, ensuring that all visitors' needs are met while maintaining the security of the facility.
Complementing this role is the Admissions Assistant position, which focuses on handling admissions processes with precision and care. The Admissions Assistant will be responsible for maintaining admission guidelines, marketing programs, and managing applicant screening processes.
