• Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
• Ability to reach and move items from six feet high to six inches off the ground
• Ability to use kitchen equipment safely including sheeter machine and vertical cutting mixer (must be 18 or over)
• Ability to work outside holding signage (must be 18 or over)
• Ability to cut and clean products using appropriate pressure
• Ability to count, separate and weigh food products and inventory
• Effective communication skills including reading, speaking, hearing and writing
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and product specifications
• Ability to process and complete customer orders
