The role of Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at GPS Hospitality is pivotal in leading the overall operation and success of the restaurants. The RGM is responsible for ensuring that each location consistently meets company standards in quality, service, and cleanliness. This leadership position involves managing a team of managers and crew members to maintain operational control, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Beyond daily operational duties, the RGM plays a key role in fostering a service-obsessed team culture, driving sales and profit budgets, and implementing effective restaurant controls.
