The District Manager role, based in Savannah, GA, is a critical position within DYNE Hospitality Group, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader capable of overseeing operational support for up to 8 to 10 cafes. The District Manager is responsible for ensuring that each cafe under their supervision adheres to company policies and meets business goals in areas such as guest satisfaction, financial performance, and employee development. This full-time, salaried exempt position requires a weekly commitment of 50 to 55 hours and includes travel duties accounting for approximately 25% or more of the time to various cafe locations. The District Manager will play a vital role in recruiting, training, and developing General Managers, providing them with the guidance needed to excel. They will monitor key performance indicators, including daily and weekly sales and operational metrics, and review monthly profit and loss reports to implement effective strategies that drive sales growth and profitability.
