The District Manager role, based in Savannah, GA, is a critical position within DYNE Hospitality Group, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader capable of overseeing operational support for up to 8 to 10 cafes. The District Manager is responsible for ensuring that each cafe under their supervision adheres to company policies and meets business goals in areas such as guest satisfaction, financial performance, and employee development. This full-time, salaried exempt position requires a weekly commitment of 50 to 55 hours and includes travel duties accounting for approximately 25% or more of the time to various cafe locations.
