The role is specifically designed for a seasoned EH&S professional who will be responsible for a single construction project within the company’s geographic area. This individual will partner closely with both EH&S and project teams to uphold and enforce compliance with all internal EH&S programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory mandates. The assignment requires a leader who can direct safety staffing based on headquarters guidelines and serve as the safety authority on the project site, helping to foster a culture of safety awareness and proactive risk management. This comprehensive role goes beyond enforcement to include training and education duties, where the incumbent will develop and deliver custom training programs tailored to project-specific needs. These training initiatives aim to equip project management, employees, subcontractors, and company trade staff with the essential knowledge to follow safe work practices and adhere to environmental health standards. Key responsibilities involve managing time and resource allocation effectively while providing visible and proactive safety leadership. The expert will continually assess all safety practices and exposures on-site, developing and implementing strategic action plans to mitigate risks.   • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
