The available role for District Manager is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing a large and complex geographic district that typically generates $20 million or more in revenue. This position demands a visionary leader to provide overall direction, planning, and control of assigned units within the district. The District Manager will execute various food and nutrition programs within K-12 school districts, focusing on growth, cost management, productivity, and maximizing financial performance. Leadership capabilities are essential for this role, as the individual is expected to guide large teams, deliver exceptional client and student consumer experiences, and maintain operational excellence. This position requires a strategic mindset to drive new business development and retain existing contracts. As a District Manager at Aramark Student Nutrition, you will be responsible for establishing ownership and accountability for the operational and financial performance of multiple accounts and units within your district.   • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution per USDA guidelines
