We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Front of House Team. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at delivering outstanding guest experiences. Working under the direction of the General Manager and Shift Leads, Front of House team members contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant, ensuring every guest feels valued and receives timely, attentive service. Our team members take pride in supporting each other and maintaining the high standards of Best Pizza & Brew. The Front of House positions include diverse roles such as Busser, Food Runner, Cashier, Expediter (Expo), Bartender, Server, Delivery Driver, and Shift Lead. Employees will be assigned specific roles during their shifts but should be flexible to assist teammates as needed. Emphasis is placed on exceptional customer service skills, effective communication, and a proactive work ethic. Key activities for this role include maintaining cleanliness and presentation in the dining area, efficiently managing guest orders, supporting bar and cashier stations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Employees are expected to uphold strict cleaning and handwashing protocols alongside adhering to safety standards while working around kitchen equipment and busy dining spaces. This position is part-time, requiring weekend, evening, and holiday availability, which is essential to meet the operational demands of the restaurant. Additionally, all team members must possess or obtain required certifications such as a Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification. Delivery drivers must hold an active driver's license.
