As a Food Server, you will be the face of the dining experience, ensuring that every guest receives attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your responsibilities include responding promptly to guest requests, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the menu, including current restaurant promotions and specials, taking accurate food and beverage orders using the resort’s point-of-sale system, and delivering these orders promptly. Your role will also involve serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to all federal, state, local, and company regulations, ensuring safety and compliance at all times. Maintaining a well-stocked serving station and monitoring guest satisfaction throughout the meal service are also key duties.
