As a To Go Specialist, your primary responsibilities involve welcoming guests with a warm smile, accurately taking and entering food and beverage orders using the point of sale (POS) system, and assembling to-go orders with care to ensure that all items are complete and safely packaged. You will also be involved in suggestive selling, encouraging guests to consider additional items such as drinks, appetizers, and desserts, thus enhancing their overall experience. Part of your role includes personally delivering these orders, whether inside the restaurant or through curbside pickup, ensuring friendly and professional interactions with guests each time.
