The Flight and Ambulance Outreach Liaison role at Intermountain Health is designed to foster meaningful relationships and drive business development efforts for the organization's medical transport services within the Colorado and Northern New Mexico territories. This field-based position requires a proactive individual to serve as a key contact for a wide range of emergency service providers including hospital emergency departments, EMS agencies, fire houses, sheriff offices, and 911 dispatch centers. The liaison will be instrumental in promoting Intermountain’s transport services, understanding customer needs, addressing issues, and facilitating collaboration among various community and county entities.
The successful candidate will reside in or relocate to the Denver Metro area and will work closely with base managers and other operational roles to ensure that outreach activities align with organizational strategies and policies. The position reports directly to the Medical Transport Outreach Manager and provides a vital link between the service providers and the communities they serve. Responsibilities will include developing promotional and educational programs, utilizing CRM systems for market data management, and regularly reporting on outreach milestones. With a pay range of $37.31 to $58.75 per hour, the role combines strategic thinking with relationship management and problem-solving skills to advance the reach and effectiveness of Intermountain's transport services.

- Demonstrated experience working in medical transport services, outreach, operations or marketing related roles
