The Players Club Host position plays a pivotal role in promoting the casino's Peak Rewards loyalty program, which is designed to attract and retain guests by offering incentives, rewards, and exclusive benefits. A Players Club Host assists guests by enrolling them into the program, explaining the advantages of membership, and ensuring members fully understand how to maximize their benefits while enjoying the casino's amenities. This position is key to enhancing the customer experience as it builds rapport and trust between the casino and its patrons. Hosts are also responsible for managing membership accounts, making promotional announcements, distributing promotional items, and handling cash transactions for concert and event ticket sales at the box office. In this role, the Players Club Host must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of guests. They must be able to handle potentially stressful situations with professionalism, deescalation techniques, and empathy, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the casino. The job requires the capability to manage multiple responsibilities such as verifying promotions winners, tracking player activities for fraudulent behavior, and maintaining inventory of promotional materials with a high level of accuracy. This is a full-time position requiring availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. The physical demands include the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive physical motions such as reaching, pushing, and pulling. The position also mandates passing a pre-employment drug screening and obtaining a STGC Gaming License to comply with regulatory standards. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess prior experience in customer service and cash handling.
