We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This full-time position plays a critical role in upholding the impeccable standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction that our hotel is renowned for. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a passionate team of Room Attendants and House Attendants, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll conduct inspections, manage reports, and support your team through training and motivation, empowering staff to maintain the highest levels of performance and professionalism. This position requires a strong leader who can step in for the Housekeeping Manager when necessary, demonstrating both operational expertise and excellent interpersonal skills.
Your responsibilities will include managing and overseeing daily housekeeping operations, maintaining stringent safety and sanitation protocols, and handling sensitive hotel areas and 'Lost and Found' items with utmost integrity.
