The role of Server Assistant at Invited is a vital position within the front-of-house team, designed to support food and beverage services and ensure an outstanding dining experience for members and guests. As a Server Assistant, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the dining environment by assisting in food and beverage delivery, maintaining cleanliness and order, and supporting service staff with a variety of operational tasks. - High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service
- current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations
- ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding or unfolding as required
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
