The Temporary Publicity Coordinator position at A24's Los Angeles office offers an exciting opportunity to support the Publicity Department in promoting A24’s unique content. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work at the West Hollywood location at least three days a week for a minimum of six months. The position is ideal for a motivated self-starter with 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in public relations. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to film leads and publicity teams, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements for talent and filmmakers, tracking press coverage and reactions, maintaining publicity files, and supporting event staffing. The role also involves expense reporting, managing publicity interns, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. The Temporary Publicity Coordinator should possess excellent multitasking, communication, organizational, and time management skills, combined with a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive approach. This temporary, W-2 position requires a commitment of at least 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay range of $20 to $24, dependent on experience and skills.
