Currently, UOES is seeking individuals for the role of Temporary Dish Crew Steward within the campus Hospitality Department. The Temporary Dish Crew Steward role is a contract, on-call position designed to support the essential operations within culinary and hospitality services on campus. As a Dish Crew Steward, individuals will be responsible for ensuring kitchen sanitation and maintaining the smooth flow of operations by operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment, manually cleaning pots and pans, organizing clean dishware, and supporting general kitchen cleanliness and organization. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • high school diploma or equivalent
• previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment preferred but not required
• ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
