This is a part-time or full-time hourly role with opportunities to engage deeply with the community and the brand's mission. A Team Member at Caribou Coffee is central to delivering the brand experience, responsible for creating day-making moments through excellent guest service, hand-crafting world-class beverages, and embodying Caribou’s Purpose and Values with every customer interaction. The Team Member position is dynamic and requires flexibility. Individuals in this role will develop personal connections with guests, anticipate their needs, and offer knowledgeable recommendations to delight and surprise customers. This person will also master beverage preparation to Caribou’s standards, prepare and serve food items, and support various operational functions within the store. The role involves cycle-crossing different responsibilities, from cash handling and order management to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
