Urban Air Wichita is currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals to join their team in several positions including Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host, and Café staff. These are part-time roles requiring employees to have reliable transportation to the park and commitment to work at least one shift from Monday to Thursday and two shifts from Friday to Sunday. These positions offer an opportunity for high-energy individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment that values teamwork and customer interaction. Employees will play an essential role in ensuring that guests have a memorable experience from the moment they enter the park until they leave. The roles include managing court areas ensuring safety compliance, greeting and checking in guests at the front desk, hosting parties to create an enjoyable celebratory atmosphere, and supporting café operations including cash handling and customer assistance. These positions are ideal for candidates with prior experience in retail or hospitality, although previous experience is not mandatory.
