Currently, Urban Air is seeking qualified and energetic individuals to fill several key roles including Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host, and Café positions. These roles are instrumental in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring guests receive top-tier service from the moment they arrive until their adventure ends. Successful candidates will have reliable transportation, a high-energy mindset, and the flexibility to work at least one shift between Monday and Thursday, along with two shifts between Friday and Sunday. Working at Urban Air requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment where teamwork and enthusiasm are valued. The Court Monitor position involves overseeing various activity zones to ensure guest safety and adherence to park rules. Individuals in this role play a vital part in maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment by proactively managing the flow of activities and responding quickly to any situations that arise. The Front Desk role serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing admissions, answering inquiries, and handling transactions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively are essential in this position. Party Hosts are responsible for coordinating birthday parties and private events, creating memorable experiences by assisting with setup, organizing games and activities, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the event. In the Café role, employees prepare and serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all health and safety standards are met to contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. All positions require individuals who can perform at equal or greater levels of physical activity and customer engagement, reflecting the dynamic and energetic nature of the business. While previous experience in retail or hospitality and cash handling skills are preferred, they are not mandatory as training will be provided.
