The role being offered is for a Team Member who will be an integral part of the restaurant operations. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and teamwork. The Team Member will be responsible for a variety of tasks which include guest service, food preparation, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with other team members. As a Team Member, you will learn and follow a comprehensive training program aimed at developing new skills and responsibilities. Strong communication with supervisors and team members is encouraged to enhance individual performance and address any operational needs.
This job requires interacting directly with guests, ensuring that all interactions are positive, courteous, and capable of resolving any questions or concerns guests might have. Team Members are expected to prepare menu items accurately according to established cooking instructions while adhering to rigorous safety and sanitation standards. You will use specific kitchen equipment such as fryers, warmers, and ice cream dispensers, contributing to seamless kitchen operations. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant—such as clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing kitchen utensils and high-touch areas—is a key component of the role. The position calls for a neat appearance and adherence to uniform policies, reflecting the professional image of the restaurant.
