The role of Task Force Executive Chef at Six Seven Restaurant & Lounge is an exciting and pivotal opportunity for a talented culinary leader. The Executive Chef will play a critical role in steering the culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. This position requires a candidate who is highly skilled in full-service culinary operations, including cooking, butchering, dessert preparation, banquet services, and à la carte offerings. The Executive Chef will manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control, maintaining attention to detail and efficiency across all tasks.
This position demands a leader who can organize and prioritize tasks effectively while fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff. Recognizing guest service needs and delivering a superior dining experience are central to this role. Furthermore, the Executive Chef will be responsible for identifying departmental training needs and providing comprehensive training to elevate team performance. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department regulations, liquor laws, and safety standards is essential.
The Task Force Executive Chef role is temporary, from October 13, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with the possibility for extension based on performance and business requirements. Compensation is highly competitive, at $2,500 per week, with accommodations and travel reimbursement provided.
