The company is now looking for a District Manager to join its field operations team in the Columbus, Ohio market. This full-time leadership role focuses on overseeing a group of restaurants and their General Management teams to drive success in guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability. The District Manager will act as a culture creator, ensuring the environment supports employee growth, learning, and development. This position plays a crucial role in aligning restaurant operations with corporate goals and standards while offering hands-on guidance to managers to improve operational efficiency and guest experiences. As a District Manager at Checkers & Rally's, your daily responsibilities will include working closely with restaurant managers to control all aspects of profit and loss (P&L), setting district budget goals, and monitoring budget trends. You will coach managers on effective shift management, employee development, and engagement strategies to foster motivated and high-performing teams. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to company standards regarding product quality, safety, and cleanliness. Review of guest feedback and proactive resolution of concerns are key to enhancing guest satisfaction across the district. Furthermore, the District Manager will plan and respond to labor efficiency challenges, cash and security issues, and health department inspections. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Food safety certified
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous District Manager/Multi-Unit Operator experience preferred
• At least two years of General Manager Experience with direct P&L accountability
• Strong ability to lead and engage teams
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• High energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude
