The position of Expeditor/Food Runner at Crystal Mountain is a vital role within the Food and Beverage department at Summit House, one of the resort's dining venues. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager and Supervisor, the Expeditor is the central point of communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring that all food orders leave the kitchen correctly prepared and arrive at the right tables. This role demands strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and stamina to manage the fast-paced environment of a busy ski resort restaurant. The job requires working efficiently during peak service times to maintain high-quality service standards and guest satisfaction. On particularly busy days, the Expeditor will also personally run food to tables, helping the team maintain swift and accurate delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment, values attention to detail, and has a passion for both culinary service and mountain culture.
